My Flow:
Welcome! I'm Sophia, a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher, dancer, and wellness enthusiast based in Southern California. Flow.So.Fit was created from my deep love for movement and the healing power of yoga.
Growing up, I was immersed in dance and often practiced Vinyasa and restorative yoga. My dance experience includes performing and competing in Ballet, Modern, Flamenco, and Rumba, though Salsa and Traditional Dominican Bachata hold a special place in my heart. Over time, I studied Mat Pilates and developed a love for strength training, which I now incorporate into my yoga teachings.
Whether you are new to yoga or looking to enhance your practice, I invite you to join me on the mat. Let’s find your flow and keep it fit!
Wellness Guidance Plans: Yoga, Strength-Training & Ayurvedic Wisdom
I’ll provide one-on-one wellness guidance, blending yoga, strength training, and Ayurvedic principles to support you every step of the way—mind, body, and soul. Let’s work together to create a flow as unique as you!
Ayurveda is an ancient system of natural healing that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. It emphasizes our connection to nature & the seasons, focusing on balancing the body's energy (doshas) to help guide nutrition & movement to achieve physical health, mental clarity and alignment.
Self-Guided Flow
A self-paced yoga & strength-training plan, combined with Ayurvedic lifestyle and nutrition recommendations designed to help you reach your wellness goals. Weekly email check-ins to adjust plan as needed. Virtual or in-person 60-minute private yoga and/or strength-training sessions included.
Hybrid Flow
The first two weeks implementing the Personalized Training Flow and the next two weeks using the Self-Guided Flow. Ayurvedic assessment to provide a more detailed meal plan & movement schedule. Virtual or in-person 60-minute private yoga and/or strength-training sessions included. Weekly check-ins to make adjustments as needed.
Personalized Flow
All-encompassing and personally guided experience. Weekly recipes and personalized nutrition guidance. Hormone-cycle & seasonally aligned coaching to optimize energy and performance. Mindfulness, meditation, and breath work resources. Virtual or in-person 60-minute private yoga, strength & endurance training sessions included. Weekly check-ins to adjust plan as needed.

A powerful 65 minute session of strength training and vinyasa yoga designed to build muscle, increase flexibility, and boost endurance in a cozy Infrared heated studio. Healthy & fresh juices will be provided for extra hydration & vitamins!
This event is about building our Latina/Latino Yogi community—lifting each other up, strengthening our bodies, and breaking a sweat together! ALL are welcome—if you love music that moves you and a workout that challenges you, this is your vibe!
